Khulbe, J.**<br>Mr. DCS Rawat, learned counsel for the<br>applicant.<br>Ms. Meena Bisht, learned B.H. for the State.<br>Accused–Anita Bhatt has sought her release on<br>bail in connection with Case Crime/FIR No.24/2021<br>and 25/2021, u/s 409/418/420 IPC, registered at P.S.<br>New Tehri, Distt. Tehri Garhwal.<br>It is argued by learned counsel that the accused<br>has been falsely implicated; she is languishing in jail<br>since 003.10.2021; earlier, an FIR no.22 of 2020 was<br>lodged u/s 409/420 IPC regarding the same set of<br>allegations with P.S. New Tehri, Distt. Tehri<br>Garhwal, wherein, the bail had been granted by the<br>Court on 10.5.2021; one of the sureties has submitted<br>another report before the same police station on the<br>same set of allegations and thus, the present FIRs was<br>also lodged against the applicant; since the accused<br>has already been granted bail in the connected case,<br>she deserves bail in these cases also.<br>Per contra, learned counsel for the State<br>opposed for bail but admitted that allegations are<br>same in both the matters.<br>Inasmuch as the accused has already been<br>granted bail in FIR/Crime no.20 of 2020 u/s 409/420<br>IPC vide order dated 10.5.2021, the allegations in the<br>present FIR are also similar in nature regarding the<br>same transaction, accordingly, without making any<br>comment on the merits, applicant deserves bail in<br>these matters as well.<br>The bail applications are thus, allowed and the<br>applicant is directed to be released on bail in relationg<br>to both the FIRs on her executing personal bond and<br>furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like<br>amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.<br>Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.<br>**(R.C.
