Kaparwan, learned<br>counsel for the appellant and Mr. Vinod<br>Nautiyal,<br>learned<br>Deputy<br>Advocate<br>General for the State/ respondent.<br>2.<br>Mr. V.K. Kaparwan, the learned<br>counsel appearing for the appellant,<br>submitted that the appellant is ready to<br>pay the compensation amounts to all the<br>respondents.<br>Some<br>amounts<br>are<br>deposited with the Registry of this High<br>Court and for the remaining amount, the<br>appellant<br>undertakes<br>to<br>deposit<br>the<br>same with the concerned Collector within<br>ten days’ from the date of receiving the<br>request letter of the concerned Collector.<br>3.<br>The learned counsel for the State<br>has no objection.<br>4.<br>The learned counsel appearing for<br>the appellant further submitted that<br>there are some formal defects in the<br>present First Appeal. He requested to<br>permit the appellant to withdraw this<br>First Appeal with liberty to file afresh<br>First Appeal, if need arises.<br>5.<br>The learned counsel appearing for|
