Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant.

Mr. Pankaj Joshi, Brief Holder for

the State of Uttarakhand.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant confined his prayer only to the extent that direction may be issued to the lower Court to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is disposed off with the directions that if the applicant appears before the concerned Court on or before 08.03.2021 and moves bail application, the concerned Court shall decide it on the very same day. In case, the concerned Magistrate rejects the bail, he shall submit the documents along with the rejection order to the concerned Sessions Judge on the very same day, who in turn shall decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.

Till 08.03.2021, the respondent is directed not to take any coercive measure against the applicant.
