JUDGMENT
Petitioner is an ex-serviceman, who suffers from physical disability. He was granted LPG Distributorship in Village Okhla, District Tehri Garhwal in the year 2019.
2. According to the petitioner, he invested huge amount in constructing go-down & showroom and also in arranging necessary infrastructure for running LPG Distributorship, however, not single consumer was allotted to him by the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently petitioner is having little more than 100 consumers, which he added due to his own efforts, and however, due to less number of consumers, his LPG Distributorship is not
economically viable and he is suffering losses and is unable to repay the money borrowed from different sources.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2 by making representation. If such representation is made within two weeks from today, respondent no. 2 shall take decision thereupon, in accordance with law, within period of three weeks.
