Ray, Advocate, for the<br>applicant.<br>Mr. Suyash Pant, Standing Counsel, for<br>the State of Uttarakhand.<br>Mr. Vikas Bahuguna, Advocate, for the<br>respondent.<br>The matter is taken up in the revised call.<br>Both the Counsels are present.<br>This is the Transfer Application which<br>has been preferred by the defendant/wife, under<br>Section 24 of the Civil Procedure code, and it<br>has been stated by the counsel for the applicant<br>that as per the information received by him<br>from<br>the<br>respondent<br>counsel<br>that<br>the<br>proceedings of the Original Case No.795 of<br>2020, “Sri Naveen Vs. Smt. Beena”, under<br>Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which<br>was instituted before the Principal Judge,<br>Family Court, Dehradun, has already been<br>culminated, and decided on merits<br>In view of the aforesaid statement, that<br>this Transfer Application has been rendered<br>infructuous.
