Paliwal, Advocate for the<br>petitioners.<br>Mr. Sachin Mohan Singh Mehta, Brief<br>Holder for the State of Uttarakhand.<br>This writ petition was decided by this<br>Court vide its judgment of 04.01.2022, but in<br>the fourth paragraph, it was mentioned that<br>respondent no.2 has to take into consideration<br>the claim of the petitioners’ application which<br>was preferred under Section 27 of the Transfer<br>Act of 2017.<br>Today, the matter is listed on a<br>Modification/Correction Application No.01 of<br>2022, which has been preferred by the<br>petitioners, contending thereof that in fact, the<br>decision has to be taken by respondent no.1 and<br>not by respondent no.2 and accordingly he has<br>sought correction in the order of 04.01.2022.<br>The Modification/Correction Application<br>would stand allowed, wherever in the order of<br>04.01.2022 the respondent no.2 has been<br>mentioned, that is being directed to be corrected<br>and read as respondent no.1.<br>Similarly, this order would be read in<br>relation to all the petitioners to the writ petition.<br> <br> <br> **(Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.)**<br> 14.01.2022<br>Arti||
