Mr. Sachin Mohan Singh Mehta, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. This writ petition was decided by this Court vide its judgment of 04.01.2022, but in the fourth paragraph, it was mentioned that respondent no.2 has to take into consideration the claim of the petitioners’ application which was preferred under Section 27 of the Transfer Act of 2017. Today, the matter is listed on a Modification/Correction Application No.01 of 2022, which has been preferred by the petitioners, contending thereof that in fact, the decision has to be taken by respondent no.1 and not by respondent no.2 and accordingly he has sought correction in the order of 04.01.2022. The Modification/Correction Application would stand allowed, wherever in the order of 04.01.2022 the respondent no.2 has been mentioned, that is being directed to be corrected and read as respondent no.1.
