|||||WPSS No.184 of 2022 **Hon’ble R.C. Khulbe, J.** Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners. Mr. Yogesh Pandey, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State/ respondents. After some length of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer that a direction may be issued to the respondent-authority to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks. Accordingly, the instant writ-petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the direction that, if the petitioner moves fresh representation within period of 15 days from today, the respondent authority will decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, as per law.
