Khulbe, J.**<br>Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the<br>revisionist.<br>Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned B.H. for the State.<br>Mr. Bhuvnesh Joshi and Mr. Ram Nivas<br>Singh Rana, learned counsel for the private<br>respondent.<br>This criminal revision is preferred against the<br>judgment and order dated 11.10.2019 passed by<br>Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Criminal Misc.<br>Case No.23 of 2019, “Smt. Ruhani Vs. Manas<br>Anand”.<br>It is submitted by learned counsel for the<br>revisionist that after filing the present revision, the<br>private respondent has moved an application before<br>the concerned court for withdrawing the application<br>filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., the concerned<br>court has allowed the application; accordingly, the<br>matter has been infructuous.<br>I have also perused the order dated<br>15.09.2021 passed by the Judge Family Court<br>Haridwar and found that the private respondent has<br>moved<br>an<br>application<br>for<br>withdrawing<br>the<br>application filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.;<br>thereafter, the concerned court after hearing parties<br>allowed the withdrawal application.<br>Since the private respondent-Ruhani has<br>already withdrawal the main application filed under<br>Section 125 of Cr.P.C., accordingly, the present<br>revision is disposed of as infructuous.<br>**(R.C.
