|||||CRLR No.86 of 2020 **Hon’ble R.C. Khulbe, J.** Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist. Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned B.H. for the State. Mr. Bhuvnesh Joshi and Mr. Ram Nivas Singh Rana, learned counsel for the private respondent. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 11.10.2019 passed by Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Criminal Misc. Case No.23 of 2019, “Smt. Ruhani Vs. Manas Anand”. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that after filing the present revision, the private respondent has moved an application before the concerned court for withdrawing the application filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., the concerned court has allowed the application; accordingly, the matter has been infructuous. I have also perused the order dated 15.09.2021 passed by the Judge Family Court Haridwar and found that the private respondent has moved an application for withdrawing the application filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.; thereafter, the concerned court after hearing parties allowed the withdrawal application. Since the private respondent-Ruhani has already withdrawal the main application filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., accordingly, the present revision is disposed of as infructuous. **(R.C.
