Sharma, learned counsel for the<br>applicant.<br>Mrs. Manisha Rana Singh, learned AGA for<br>the State.<br>After some length of arguments, the learned<br>counsel for the applicant confined his prayer that<br>the Court below may be directed to decide his bail<br>application expeditiously.<br>In view of the above, it is observed that if the<br>applicant surrenders before the court within 30 days<br>and moves an application seeking bail, the same<br>shall be decided expeditiously.<br>With these observations, the anticipatory<br>application is disposed of finally.<br>Pending application, if any, stands disposed<br>of.<br>**(R.C.
