JUDGMENT

According to the petitioner, he is landless person belonging to Other Backward Class. He has made an application for allotment of land for agricultural purpose to District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar. Since no decision has been taken on petitioner’s application, therefore, he has approached this Court seeking direction to the concerned Authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation.

2. Having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Competent Authority to consider and decide petitioner’s application, one way or the other, within period of six months’ from the date of
