Applicant Amitabh Singh is in judicial custody in FIR No.23 of 2022, under Section 3 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Mukhani, District Haldwani. He has sought his release on bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

3. It is case that, in fact, the applicant is also involved in the case under Section 307 IPC, in which he had already been granted bail on 22.07.2022.

4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel.

5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

6. The bail applicant is allowed.

7. Let the applicant Amitabh Singh be released on bail, on his executing personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.

8. Let copy of this order be supplied to learned counsel for the parties, today itself, on payment of usual charges.
