merits of the matter, qua the issue of summoning order or the chargesheet, this C482 Application is being exclusively disposed of directing the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uttarkashi, District Uttarkashi, to venture out the possibility of settlement between the parties, as it has been stated to be offered by the learned counsel for the applicant, and consider the same rationally and pass an appropriate order. The non bailable warrants as issued against the applicant will not be given effect to, subject to the condition that the applicant actively cooperate in the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 454 of 2019, State Vs Omkar @ Rajveer Singh.
