Pande, learned counsel for<br>respondent no. 1.<br>Ms.<br>Anjali<br>Bhargawa,<br>learned<br>Additional<br>C.S.C.<br>for<br>the<br>State<br>of<br>Uttarakhand.<br>Petitioner’s husband was an employee<br>of Nagar Palika Parishad, Ramnagar, who<br>died in the year 2011. Since the terminal<br>dues of petitioner’s husband had not been<br>paid to the family members, therefore,<br>petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking<br>the following relief: -<br> **( a)**Issue writ, order or direction in the<br>nature<br>of<br>mandamus<br>directing<br>the<br>respondent<br>authorities<br>to<br>forthwith<br>release<br>the<br>entire<br>dues/ benefits<br>i.e.<br>pension, gratuity etc. assuring to the<br>petitioner after her husband’s death (Late<br>Vijay Pal), with interest thereon.<br>Mr.<br>B.D.<br>Pande,<br>learned<br>counsel<br>appearing<br>for<br>Nagar<br>Palika<br>Parishad,<br>Ramnagar submits that if petitioner makes<br>a representation, the same shall be decided<br>within ten days.<br>Accordingly,<br>the<br>writ<br>petition<br>is|

|dues of her husband. If she makes such|
|representation within one week from today,|
|the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad,|

|if it is found that such terminal dues are|
|payable to the petitioner, the same shall be|
|paid to her within two weeks from the date|
