Thus, feeling aggrieved,<br>petitioner has filed this writ petition,<br>challenging order passed by First Appellate<br>Court.<br>I have perused the order impugned<br>dated 25.06.2021. Learned First Appellate<br>Court has considered the matter in great<br>detail and has recorded findings on_prima_<br>_facie_case, balance of convenience and<br>irreparable loss.|

|Thus, this Court does not find any<br>reason to interfere with the impugned|

|order. Even otherwise also, grant of|
|temporary<br>injunction<br>is<br>discretionary.|
|Learned<br>First<br>Appellate<br>Court<br>has|
|exercised its discretion in proper manner|
|after<br>considering<br>relevant<br>aspects,|
|therefore,<br>interference<br>with<br>such|
|discretionary order while exercising power|
|under Article, 227 of the Constitution|
|would be unwarranted.<br>Accordingly, writ petition fails and is<br>dismissed. No order as to costs.|
