Mr. Sachin Panwar, Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR bearing FIR No. 0181/ 2022, registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, under Section 2/ 3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986. 4. After arguing for while, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have already submitted application for surrender before the competent court, therefore, the court concerned may be directed to consider bail application, the same day on which petitioners would surrender before the Court. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the prayer, as made on behalf of petitioners, is granted. 6. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with request to the court concerned to consider the bail application(s) of petitioners, if possible, the same day. 7.
