The challenge in this petition is made to FIR No. 569 of 2022, dated 27.12.2022, under Sections 376, 504 IPC and Section 3(1)r of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. At the very outset, learned State Counsel gives statement that charge sheet has already been filed. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The challenge is made to the FIR, but a statement is given that chargesheet has already been filed in the matter. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. It stands disposed of accordingly.
