Kohli, Senior Advocate,<br>assisted by Mr. Kanti Ram Sharma,<br>Advocate, holding brief of Mr. I.P. Kohli,<br>Advocate for the respondent.<br>3.<br>Petitioner<br>applied<br>for<br>dealership<br>pursuant to an advertisement issued by<br>Indian<br>Oil<br>corporation<br>Limited.<br>His<br>application, however, has been rejected<br>on the following ground: -<br>“Appendix 3 not submitted by all land<br>co owners as per khatauni submitted.”<br>4.<br>It<br>is<br>contended<br>on<br>behalf<br>of<br>the<br>petitioner that the ground taken for rejecting<br>petitioner’s application is erroneous, as the<br>land offered by petitioner for dealership was<br>purchased<br>by<br>his<br>father,<br>and<br>besides<br>petitioner, his other family member are also<br>joint owner in respect of the said property.<br>5.<br>Be that as it may, since the impugned<br>order dated 25.01.2024 itself provides that<br>petitioner<br>has<br>remedy<br>of<br>making<br>a<br>representation against the termination of his<br>candidature, therefore, the writ petition is<br>disposed of with direction to the Competent<br>Authority in I ndian Oil Corporation Limited to<br>take decision on petitioner’s representation<br>dated 10.02.2024, within six weeks from the<br>date of production of certified copy of this<br>order.<br>**( Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J.)**<br> 10.05.2024<br>Navin|
