compounded particularly, keeping in view the fact that continuation of the criminal proceeding will spoil the married life of applicant and respondent no. 3, who are living happily. 10.On interaction, they submit that they will get their marriage registered and file copy of marriage registration certificate within six months before this Court. 11.Since applicant and respondent no. 3 are now married and their marriage has now been accepted by accepted by respondent no. 2 happily, therefore, this Court is of the view that compounding application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the same is allowed. 12.Entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 122 of 2022 (State Vs. Pradeep) for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC pending before Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Srinagar, District – Pauri, arising out of FIR No. 01 of 2021, Police Station – Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal are hereby quashed. 13.C482 application also stands disposed of.
