The present Application has been filed by the applicants Sanjay Mehra, Smt. Bhawani Devi, Hoshiyar Singh Mehra, Ravi Mehra alias Rajendra Singh and Smt. Devki Devi for anticipatory bail under Sections 323, 377, 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Case Crime No.70 of 2024, registered at Police Station Tanakpur, District Champawat.

the applicant no.1 Sanjay Mehra to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application granting liberty to him to file fresh anticipatory bail application.

4. The said submission has not been opposed by the respondent.

5. The present anticipatory bail application (ABA No.355 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn in relation to the applicant no.1 Sanjay Mehra granting liberty to him to file fresh anticipatory bail application, but in accordance with law.

6. Mr. Pradeep Lohani, Brief Holder, submitted on instructions that the remaining applicants have been exonerated by the Investigating Officer during the course of the investigation.

7. After the said submission, on the request of Mr. Ram Singh Sammal, learned counsel for the applicants, the present anticipatory bail application (ABA No. 355 of 2025) is disposed of accordingly.
