JUDGMENT

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks directions that the respondent no.2 be directed to decide the representation dated 08.11.2024, submitted to him under Section 41 of the Registration Act, 1908 for registration of the will dated 02.07.2024, executed by her father.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
3. Learned State counsel was required to get instructions. Today, learned State counsel, under instructions, would submit that after presentation of the will, procedure is to be followed; notices are to be given to all the beneficiaries and, thereafter, after hearing the parties, decision is to be taken. It is submitted that the procedure is already underway. He would submit that the
representation that has been given by the petitioner may be decided within period of four weeks.
4. The court takes on record the statement given by the learned State counsel.
5. In view of the Statement given by the learned State counsel, nothing survives in the writ petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
