Vide reasoned order dated 4th May, 2012, which is impugned in this petition, District & Sessions Judge has declined to transfer the case. I have perused the impugned order and I am of the view that the transfer has rightly been declined. Case cannot be transferred from one court to other court at the whims and fancy of the litigant.

Petition is dismissed being devoid of merits.
