Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks parole for three months, interalia, on the ground of filing of Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court.It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to pursue all the legal remediesas may be available to him/her upto the highest forum.Address of thepetitioner of Delhi has been verified.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, petitioner bereleased on parole for period of four weeks from the date of her release,subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (RupeesTen Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe jail superintendent. After completion of parole period petitioner shall

surrender before the Superintendent Jail.Petitioner shall report to theStation House Officer, Police Station Sultan Puri once in week, i.e., on

Mondays.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving itupon the petitioner and for compliance.
