2. The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following
prayers: -

Quash and set aside the Order Dated 18.05.2023 Passed by The Court of Sh.Gagandeep Singh, Asj, Special Judge(Ndps),North, Rohini Courts Delhi in Criminal Revision No18/2021titled as “Anurag Tanha Vs Mata Savinder Kaur (D) And Ors..” And Also Against the Order Dated 13.09.2023 Passed by The Court of Sh. Dhirender Rana, Asj, Special Judge(Ndps),North, Rohini Courts Delhi in Criminal Revision No18/2021titled as “Anurag Tanha Vs Mata Savinder Kaur (D) And Ors.
And Also
2. Praying This Hon’ble Court to Pass Necessary Orders and Directions Thereby Holding and Declaring that Order Dated 18.05.2023 And Passed by The Court of Sh.Gagandeep Singh, Asj, Special Judge(Ndps),North, Rohini Courts Delhi in Criminal Revision No18/2021titled as “Anurag Tanha Vs Mata Savinder Kaur (D) And Ors..” And Also Against the Order Dated 13.09.2023 Passed by The Court of Sh. Dhirender Rana, Asj, Special
Judge(Ndps),North, Rohini Courts Delhi in Criminal Revision No18/2021titled as “Anurag Tanha Vs Mata Savinder Kaur (D) And Ors. Are Not Sustainable in Law in Peculiar Facts and Circumstances of The Case

3. Praying This Hon’ble Court to Pass Any Other Order or Direction as This Hon’ble Court May Deem Fit and Proper in The Facts and Circumstances of The Case.”
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the latter has since passed away on 21.04.2025 and as per instructions from the petitioner’s family members they don’t wish to proceed with the present petition.
4. In view of the above, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
5. Leave granted.
6. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
7. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
