The petitioner, who is the complainant of FIR No.1363/2015 dated10.09.2015 (P.S. Vasant Vihar) instituted for offences under Sections 498Aand 406 of the IPC, is not satisfied with the pace/ manner of theinvestigation. prayer therefore has been made to transfer the investigationof the aforesaid FIR to the Crime Branch. further prayer has been madefor taking of disciplinary action against the IO of this case, who hitherto hasbeen investigating the case and he, allegedly, has now gone in collusion with

the accused persons of this case.

Mr. Jamal Akhtar on behalf of Ms. Richa Kapoor, learned ASC, oninstructions, submits that the IO of this case has already been changed andnow the investigation has been entrusted to SI Amit Solanki, who is presentin the court.

It is expected that the investigation of the aforesaid case will be takenup in right earnest shall be brought to its logical conclusion as early aspossible.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
