Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is agovernment employee. The role assigned to him is of exhortation. The roleof firing at the injured is assigned to co-accused.Petitioner had not hitanybody. The role of hitting with brick is also assigned to the co-accusedDinesh and Sunny.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of thecase, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatorybail, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officerconcerned.Petitioner shall, however, cooperate in the investigation andappear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to doso.
Anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the above terms.Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
