This Court is of the opinion that petition is not maintainable as the present petitioner is subsequent purchaser and cannot therefore assert that the land owner has not been paid the compensation. Learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition and file fresh writ petition with better particulars on the relevant issues. Liberty granted. Dismissed as withdrawn.
