It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled theirdisputes amicably vide an agreement dated 13[th]August, 2017; therefore, FIRNo.240/2017 under Sections 323/365/506/342/34 IPC registered at PoliceStation Mahendra Park on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may bequashed.Respondent no. 2 was employed with petitioner no. 1 at therelevant time.A quarrel took place between them regarding payment ofmoney, which led to the incident, wherein petitioners gave beatings torespondent no. 2.Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has beenidentified by SI Sunil Dutt of police station Mahendra Park. Respondent no.

2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of his own free will,voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He submitsthat he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitionersand the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.240/2017 under Sections323/365/506/342/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park and theconsequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
