It is submitted that petitioners have settled the matter with thecomplainant bank before the Delhi High Court Mediation and ConciliationCentre on 19[th]December, 2017 on the terms and conditions as stipulated inthe Settlement Agreement dated 19[th]December, 2017.Counsel for thecomplainant bank admits this fact.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andcomplainant bank before the Mediation Centre, it is ordered that in case ofarrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, subject to their furnishing
personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five ThousandOnly) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
