It is contended in the writ petition that petitioner has applied forparole through Superintendent via jail vide dispatch no. 2339 on 26[th]October, 2016. However, this application has yet not been decided by theGovt. of NCT of Delhi. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with thedirections to the respondent, i.e., Govt. of NCT of Delhi to decide theaforesaid application of the petitioner within two weeks from today andcommunicate the order to the petitioner.
