It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled theirdisputes amicably; therefore, FIR no. 311/2017 under Sections 506/509/34IPC registered at police station Geeta Colony on the complaint of respondentno. 2 and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed.Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Yashpalof police station Geeta Colony. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled thematter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without anyundueforce,pressureorcoercionbeforeDelhiMediationCentre,

Karkardooma Courts, Delhi on 12[th]February, 2018. Respondent no. 2 saysthat terms of the settlement have already been complied with, therefore, shehas no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners. Affidavit ofrespondent no. 2 is also on record at pages 25-27. During the investigation,Sections 323/354-A IPC were added.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 311/2017 under Sections323/354-A/506/509/34 IPC registered at police station Geeta Colony and theconsequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applicationis disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
