1.The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 178/2012 under Sections302/392/394/397/120B/34 of the IPC registered at Police Station Chhawla,Delhi.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the Court isinclined to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses, he shall notpress the present petition.

3.In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.Keeping in view that the petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2012, the trialcourt is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses andendeavour to conclude the same within period of six months from today.

4.Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
