The petitioner is seeking quashing of the present FIR i.e. FIR No.119/2015 registered at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan under Sections 389/406/420/494 and Section 506 of the IPC. This FIR was registered on the complaint of respondent No. 2 who is stated to be the husband of the petitioner. This FIR has emanated out of matrimonial discard between the parties. It is stated that the parties have settled their matrimonial dispute also and the First Motion under Section 13 (b)(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act had been conducted inter-se the parties on 05.02.2018. Parties are present in person. Presence of respondent No. 2 (complainant) is identified by his

counsel as also by the Investigating Officer. The terms of their settlement are contained in the MOU dated 01.02.2018 which is part of the record.

This is fit case where the prayer made in the present petition be granted. Accordingly, to secure the ends of justice, FIR No.119/2015 registered at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan under Sections 389/406/420/494 and Section 506 of the IPC and all proceedings emanating thereto are quashed.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
