Notice.Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Son andAttorney of respondent no.2, namely, Mr. Rakesh Ruhil is present in Court.He has been identified by SI Vipin Shokeen of police station Ashok Vihar.

Mr. Rakesh Ruhil/Attorney submits that matter has been amicablysettled between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the DelhiMediation Centre, Rohini on 8[th]September, 2017 (Annexure P-3).Mr.Rakesh Ruhil has identified his signatures on Annexure P-3 at point ‘X’. Hefurther submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No.

86/2017 under Sections 448/420/468/471 IPC registered at police stationAshok Vihar and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner andrespondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would beserved in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, in theinterest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application

is disposed of as infructuous.
