Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court to grant him time to deposit the bail amount in instalments.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending

application with leave as prayed for. It is however, clarified that in case such an application is filed by the petitioner, it would be open for the learned Trial Court to consider the same on its own merits.
