It is submitted that quarrel ensued between the petitioners andrespondent nos. 2 to 4 on the issue of parking and cross FIRs wereregistered.Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and have beenidentified by SI Raju of police station Govind Puri. Respondent nos. 2 to 4submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own freewill, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide aMemorandum of Understanding dated 15[th]November, 2017.Respondentnos. 2 to 4 further submit that they have no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners andrespondent nos. 2 to 4, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served tokeep the criminal proceedings pending.Accordingly, FIR No. 385/2017under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC at Police Station Govind Puri, which isat the investigation stage, is quashed.
