Crl.M.A. 20/2018

Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions.

W.P.(CRL) 4/2018 and Crl.M.A. 19/2018 (interim protection)

Petitioner who is present in Court states that she is major and has married Manish Kumar Rajak of her own free will. No document showing that the petitioner is major has been placed on record.

Petitioner states that she married Manish Kumar Rajak on 18[th]September, 2017 and since then they have been residing together and now she has no apprehension from her parents except that they lodged complaint against her husband.

W.P.(CRL) 4/2018

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions from SHO PS Seema Puri states that no complaint has been received in the said Police Station.

Be that as it may, in case any complaint has been filed, the petitioner or for that matter her husband or any of their family members would have remedies in law, which may be availed. Since there is no threat perception to the petitioner qua her life and property, this Court finds no reason to proceed further in the present petition.

Petition and application are dismissed.
