As per the status report of the State, the petitioner had joined the investigation on 03.01.2018 but he, however, did not cooperate. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigating officer. He will further join investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer. detailed order had been passed on 12.12.2017 noting the facts of the case while granting interim anticipatory protection. It had been noted that the petitioner had love relationship with the daughter of the complainant and parties had also got married and the marriage certificate had also been produced; the date of birth of the girl is 05.07.1999 (issued by MCD) which evidences that she is major. Interim protection granted on 12.12.2017 is confirmed. It is reiterated that the petitioner will

continue to join investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer. In the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO concerned.
