1.Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby ––quashing FIR No. 346/2015, dated 12.05.2015 registered at Police Station Model Town for the offences punishable under sections 323/354/509 IPC Model Town for the offences punishable under sections 323/354/509 IPC

4.The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes by mutual consent and the respondent no.2 has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

6.Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR –No. 346/2015, dated 12.05.2015 registered at Police Station Model Town for the offences punishable under sections 323/354/509 IPC r/w section 3(1)(x) & (xi) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act and all other proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

7.The petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
