1. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the parties have settled their disputes inter se themselves, in terms whereof the respondent No.2 has already withdrawn the petition under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the above, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
