has been granted Anticipatory Bail, but it has been erroneously recorded that it shall be subject to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

3. It is hereby clarified that the Personal Bond and the Surety Bond shall be furnished by the Petitioner subject to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O/SHO.
4. The necessary rectifications be accordingly made in the Order dated
11.03.2025.
