1.The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying for ananticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0242/2016 under Sections420/406/34 of the IPC, registered with PS Model Town.

2.Ms Chauhan, learned APP states that the petitioner has been declareda proclaimed offender and, therefore, he has not joined the investigation asyet. It is also pointed out that there are two other similar applications movedearlier, which were finally dismissed and there has been no change in thecircumstances.

3.In view of the above, the present petition is also dismissed.
