The petitioner impugns order dated 16.07.2020 made by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in CC No. 43611/2019, whereby prayer for registration of FIR based upon the petitioner’s complaint dated 08.12.2019, has been declined.
