1.This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of thejoint survey and demolition notice dated 12.03.2020 in respect of theproperties of the petitioners.

2.The case of the petitioners is that they purchased their plots of land inGali Nos.25, 26 and 27, Block L-I and L-II, Sangam Vihar. The petitionershave been residing in the said houses since last 30 years.

3.The petitioners have received joint survey and demolition noticedated 12.03.2020 which pertains to Khasra No.134(Nala) in Village DevliNew Delhi.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners don’treside at Khasra No.134 (Nala) in Village Devli, New Delhi.

5.In the interest of justice, let the concerned SDM, Saket give personalhearing to the petitioners on 15.04.2020 at 11:00 AM.Learned SDM, ifnecessary, is free to adjourn the hearing to some other convenient date.

Learned SDM will pass reasoned order after completing the hearing takinginto account the submissions of the petitioners. Till the time reasonedorder is passed, no demolition should be carried out.

6.Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, alsostand disposed of.

7.A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the court

master.
