1. This hearing has been held by video conferencing.

2. This application has been filed by the applicant praying for interim bail for period of 60 days in FIR No.321/2013, P.S.: Crime Branch.

3. It is submitted that the applicant has remained in custody in relation to the said case since 21.08.2013. It is further submitted that 30 out of 54 witnesses have been examined. It is stated that the applicant is not keeping good health. The applicant further relies upon the Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020 of the High Powered Committee of this Court to seek relief.

4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the allegations against the applicant are of heinous nature. She further submits that the relief granted by the High Power Committee is not applicable to the applicant as the case of the applicant was investigated by the Crime Branch.

5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties. The Status Report indicates that the applicant has not been involved in any other case apart from the present. The co-accused of the applicant has already been released on interim bail on medical grounds. As the applicant has been in custody since 21.08.2013 and taking into account the prevailing situation of COVID-19 pandemic, it is ordered that the applicant be released on interim bail for period of 60 days (sixty days) from the date of her release, subject to the following conditions:

i.the applicant shall contact the concerned IO/SHO of the concerned Police Station on every Monday, during the period of release; concerned Police Station on every Monday, during the period of release;

ii.The applicant shall also provide her mobile number to the SHO/IO of the concerned Police Station and keep her mobile on 24 hours during the period of her release. SHO/IO of the concerned Police Station and keep her mobile on 24 hours during the period of her release.

iii.the applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi;

iv.the applicant shall not contact or influence any witness(s) of the case during the period of her release; case during the period of her release;

v.the applicant shall produce surety bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate; and Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate; and

vi.the applicant shall surrender after the expiry of the release period. period.

7. The application stands disposed of.

8. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for ensuring compliance.
