present petition with the liberty to move the concerned Court to recall the order of NBWs.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In the meantime, NBWs shall not be executed for period of two weeks against the petitioner till the petition has been filed before the learned Trial Court.
