1.This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.643/2020 PS Moti Nagar registered under Section 420 IPC.
2.In view of the facts and circumstances, as recorded in order passed today in CRL.M.C. 4375/2024, considering that closure report has already been filed in that matter, and that there is no apprehension of arrest, this petition has become infructuous.
3.This petition is accordingly dismissed along with the pending application.
