1.The petitioner raises grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out in property bearing no. F/165, Adjacent to Shaheen Public School, Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi.
2.Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has already been booked on 07.03.2024 and demolition order qua the said property has already been passed subsequently. She submits that further action in accordance with law shall be taken qua the unauthorized construction referred to in the present
petition, and that the same shall be taken expeditiously to its logical conclusion.
3.Taking the aforesaid submission on record and binding the respondent thereto, the present petition is disposed of.
