1.The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 39/2012 dated 23.03.2012, registered at Police Station Kapashera, for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the final report in the present case was filed on 18.08.2023.
3.He submits that the petitioner is not named as an accused in the final report.
4.Considering that the FIR has been investigated and the petitioner has not been named as an accused, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition at subsequent stage in case any
grievance remains in future.
5.The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
