1.This is petition filed under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seekingquashing of the FIR No. 109/2021 dated 14.02.2021 under section498A/406/34 of IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar.quashing of the FIR No. 109/2021 dated 14.02.2021 under section498A/406/34 of IPC registered at PS Tilak Nagar.

2.The parties have arrived at settlement dated 30.08.2022 beforeCounselling Cell, Family Court, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, wherein thepetitioner had agreed to pay sum of Rs. 3 lakhs to the respondent No.2.Counselling Cell, Family Court, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, wherein thepetitioner had agreed to pay sum of Rs. 3 lakhs to the respondent No.2.

3.A sum of Rs. 2 lakhs has already been paid and for the remaining sumof Rs. 1 lakh, DD No. 093006 dated 01.10.2024 drawn on PunjabNational Bank has been handed over to the respondent No. 2of Rs. 1 lakh, DD No. 093006 dated 01.10.2024 drawn on PunjabNational Bank has been handed over to the respondent No. 2

4.It is stated that the parties are already divorced.

5.The petitioner is present in Court and is identified by Mr. RajatTanwar, leaned counsel. Respondent No. 2 is also present in Court andis identified by Mr. Lalit Maini, learned counsel and SI Jatin, PS TilakNagar.Tanwar, leaned counsel. Respondent No. 2 is also present in Court andis identified by Mr. Lalit Maini, learned counsel and SI Jatin, PS TilakNagar.
