Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to contest the matter before the learned Trial Court.
It is also prayed before this Court that this Court may direct the learned Trial Court to expedite the matter.
Leave and liberty granted.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for along with pending applications, if any.
As prayed, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as the trial is pending since 2014.
